fantastic location clean room wide selection helpful staff
the location was fantastic, with easy access to everything i wanted to see. my room was very clean, and i felt immediately comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, so i found plenty to fuel my day. the staff were also very helpful, answering all my questions with a smile.
the tv remote was missing a battery cover, a very minor detail.

i received a complimentary upgrade to the suite with a river view. the room was spacious, and it had views of the river and castle. parking was cheap and within a brief walk.
my bedroom was cold and had single glazing with condensation on the window. sound proofing was inadequate, and i could hear the neighbour's television loudly.
